Take Interstate 5 to the Encinitas Blvd. exit. Go west through two traffic signals, continuing until you arrive at Pacific Coast Hwy 101. Turn right onto 101, go up the hill, straight at the 3-way stop at Juanitas, to El Portal (Leucadia Glass and Econolodge on the corner). Turn left onto El Portal, and when it ends bear to the left at the fork in the road onto S. El Portal. Come up the hill to Neptune Ave. and park. The Center is on the corner of S. El Portal and Neptune Ave. at 341 Neptune Ave.
